Another special type of SMD stencils is the SMD stencil with highest surface tension. This precision stencil is directly connected to a stainless steel flat profile frame. Thus, our BECdirectultra combines the advantages of quick clamping and frame stencil. 

Compared to classic SMD stencils with frames, BECdirectultra impresses with its functionality and design as well as its ease of use in daily application. Thanks to the innovative manufacturing process, the direct-bonding precision stencil offers the highest possible surface tension, optimally adapted to the printing processes. 

With BECdirectultra, the SMD stencil with clamping frame is also history. It scores particularly well with thin sheet thicknesses below 100 μm: Tearing out hole perforations is a thing of the past. It thus ensures precise solder paste prints even with the finest structures.
