Frameless SMD Stencils  

SMD stencils are much more than simple metal sheets. Depending on the field of application, experts distinguish between different types of production. While SMD stencils in fixed frames are intended for continuous use in the production of large series, our frameless models offer the greatest flexibility.  

The laser-cut SMD stencils are not permanently and firmly connected to a frame, but are inserted into a quick-clamping frame as required. For this purpose, various clamping frames such as VectorGuard, Metz or QuattroFlex are available, etc. 

Frameless SMD stencils in quick clamping system offer high quality and very good performance at lower cost. They are perfect for prototype or small series PCB assembly and also help to reduce or keep storage space requirements small.
