Framed SMD Stencils 

As an application aid for precise solder paste printing, SMD stencils are true high-tech products. Laser-cut and available in different material thicknesses, today we present our product range of framed SMD stencils.  

Our SMD stencils are available either in a stable fixed frame made of aluminum or steel. These are optionally covered with a steel or polyester fabric. The stencil is then mounted centrally in this tightly stretched fabric.  

Another version is the so-called direct bonding. In this case, the stencil is bonded directly to the frame without a fabric. The framed SMD stencils, and especially the direct-glued one, are ideally suited for screen printing with high LP quantities. The safe handling and the immediate readiness for use, even with the thinnest sheet thicknesses, are unique.
