"Do good and talk about it!"
Donating to charitable organizations is always a good idea. However, it becomes even better when you can support institutions right on your own doorstep.
Becktronic has been doing this for many years. Last year, under the motto "Donations instead of gifts", a check for €500 was sent to the "Sonnenwiese" daycare center in Weitefeld, Germany. Managing Director Thomas Schulte-Brinker presented the check in child-friendly size shortly before Christmas, enabling daycare center director Waldemar Janzen and his team to make great new purchases for the children of the community. The children were more than satisfied with the gummy bears they had also brought along.
