Half a year later, some of the planned measures were successfully implemented. Now the company achieves its next stage victory: the recertification of the quality management system announced in January. The ISO 9001:2015 certificate represents employee satisfaction and the noticeable response from new customers. Thus, the overall planning of the SMD stencil specialist, including all measures already implemented, is a success. During the two-day audit, numerous parallels emerge between the new ISO requirements and the current state of the company. A total of nine categories are evaluated in the certification process. These include the development of customer-specific solutions, the activation and process integration of all employees, a process-oriented working method and continuous improvement steps. Above all, the process-oriented approach (ISO 9000:2000) pursued by BECKTRONIC GmbH is increasingly taken up in the new ISO certificate. Furthermore, the topic-specific know-how of each individual employee is convincing.
