Constantly on the test bench
Our laser systems are constantly being tested and continually being perfected. This results in a precise cutting performance as well as very high repeatability and positioning accuracy.
The high technical standard of the production facilities, the many years of experience, and the consistent further development of processes and procedures altogether ensure a lasting increase in quality of all our services relating to the SMD stencil.
BECKTRONIC is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certification serves on the one hand to safeguard our market position in relation to competitors, but also to continuously optimise business processes.
Our QM system is therefore supplemented in the final processing phase by a scan check. The scan check examines the stencil and matches the CAD data with the cutting image. The completeness and dimensional accuracy of the laser-cut pads are therefore precisely controlled.
